Contraindications

Google Calendar
Booking through our Google Calendar link is subject to Google's own Privacy Policy. Any data entered on the Google booking page is handled by Google, not by Pallvi Middha LLC.

By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving appointment confirmations and reminders via text message. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message.
Data Retention
Client contact information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill services and comply with applicable law. You may request deletion of your information by contacting us directly.

Appointments & Booking
All appointments must be booked in advance. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. By booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Cancellation Policy
We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of a deposit at the studio's discretion.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to respect the time of other clients. Full service pricing may still apply.
Health & Safety
Clients must disclose any known allergies, skin conditions, recent procedures, or medications before receiving services. The studio reserves the right to refuse or modify a service if it deems it unsafe for the client.
Satisfaction
Client satisfaction is our priority. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days so we may address your concern. Refunds are not guaranteed but adjustments may be offered at our discretion.
Right to Refuse Service
Pallvi Middha LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any client for reasons including, but not limited to, safety concerns, disrespectful behavior, or contraindications to treatment.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes shall be resolved in DuPage County, Illinois.

Pallvi Middha LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
